Feathered mask centerpieces, which can be given away as party favors to
selected guests. New Orleans' streetlights and wrought iron fencing at
entrance with Jazz Player silhouettes on drapings in the ballroom.

Decorations:
At the entryway stand Old-fashioned lampposts, benches and trees, while in
the ballroom a General Store front with pickle barrel, a Saloon with
railing mirror and bars, and a backdrop of UT campus and Capitol Building.
Hotel Horseshoe tables draped in red cloths with centerpieces and a
Chuck wagon without cover for desserts a la carte.

Mexican Fiesta
Decorations:
Mexican piņatas, tissue flowers, miniature pinata centerpieces, Mexican
blankets, colored table drapes, confetti, and balloons.
Entryway decorated with tissue flowers and archways with colored
balloons. The ballroom would have Mexican Dancer flats, backdrops of
Mexican courtyards or Mexican houses. Colored tablecloths and napkins for
tables and buffet table. Pinatas
and Mexican hats centerpieces. Colored strips of material hanging from
ceilings to create tent effect.
