As the owner of Around Austin, Penny Gonzales combines her 20+ years of transportation management experience with an unwavering commitment to her clients. She knows that developing long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and her trusted transportation vendors begins with genuine human connection. She truly cares and understands the importance of efficient and well thought out transportation logistics, which is why clients trust Around Austin with their most important events. When Penny isn't busy managing events she enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their two wonderful grandchildren, Petra and Sawyer. Penny's favorite self-indulgence is spending the evening watching episodes of Dateline. She is especially fond of those narrated by the icon of true crime storytelling, Keith Morrison. She firmly believes that if you can safely deliver 200 wedding guests to a venue and back without anyone going missing, you can definitely solve a suburban murder from your couch.

David Erard joined the Around Austin team in 2015, bringing his sharp attention to detail and ability to think on his feet to every request. He is skilled at creating proposals and transportation plans, no matter how complex the itinerary. David finds immense satisfaction in predicting and avoiding problems before they happen, ensuring every client's experience is seamless and stress-free. For him, a happy client is the ultimate reward. A positive note after an event is a gratifying reminder of a job well done. David's happy place is hiking a favorite trail, traveling somewhere he has never been, or trying new flavors at one of Austin's many fine eating establishments. But at the end of the day, his favorite time is spent making memories with his two sons.

Tammy Milton is a long-time Around Austin coordinator. She writes detailed instructions, based on the client's itinerary, for all drivers and on-site Around Austin staff. She brings a cheerful energy to every departure. Tammy is known for her friendly persuasion that gets guests away from the hotel bar and onto the bus on schedule.
Bill
Meet Bill Poynter, Around Austin coordinator and master conversationalist. He makes a friend everywhere he goes. Bill is a world traveler and a wealth of information about the history of Austin. When not busy overseeing guest departures, you will find him planning his next big trip, or rocking his beloved Willie Nelson braids.
Trish
Around Austin's always smiling on-site coordinator, Trish Riggs, brings a little bit of Texas sunshine with her everywhere she goes. She keeps departures running smoothly and on time. Trish loves spending time with her husband, 3 grown children, beautiful granddaugher, and her 26 year old tortoise, Toby.
Carolyn
Carolyn Rogers has been Around Austin's magnificent bookkeeper since 2010, and this octogenarian shows no signs of slowing down. Her can-do attitude and boundless energy inspire everyone she meets. She also makes a mean peanut butter cookie. She just has one rule: don't ask her to change her password!
Kelly
Kelly Davis-Burns is the newest addition to the Around Austin team. She is a third-generation Austinite who has dedicated over 40 years to the education, arts, and entertainment sectors of her hometown. Deeply rooted in the local community, she is married to her husband, Cris, and together they share their home with their beloved terriers.
